Return Policy

We will follow the following guidelines for our return process:

You purchased the product in the last 15 days. All products are not eligible for returns. Products like mask and accessories cannot be returned at all. Product descriptions call out specific return guidance. Products have to be unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Product was not purchased under Clearance Sale or discounts above 50%.

In case the product received  is defective, we will ship out a new product post receiving the already purchased product. We will organize a reverse pickup for your convenience. 

In case you do not want a replacement or a replacement is not available, we would give you an option to choose between 100% cash refund or credits. Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse.

How will I be refunded for the return?

  • Store Credits: The refund amount of item value will be credited to your alittlefable account. You will be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on
  • Cash Refund: For all refunds you will have to provide your bank account details and we will promptly refund the amount within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

Duration of the return process

It can take up to 10 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 72 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, you will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Shipping Policy

A Little Fable ships its products to almost all parts of India and internationally. Orders placed will be shipped within 2 days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges

We provide Free Shipping on all Orders of Rs 1500/- or above and below Rs.1499/- shipping charge of Rs 99 applies.

Estimated Delivery Time

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 1 to 5 business days of placing the order (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). We will take between 1 - 2 days to dispatch orders and after dispatch it may take 1 - 4 days by our logistics partners. Due to the COVID situation delivery timelines may get impacted.

Tracking Packages

We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 48hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 -48 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Hidden Charges

You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra. 

International Locations

We can deliver internationally outside India as well. Extra charges of Rs 1500 will apply for shipping products internationally. If interested in bulk quantities you may reach out at

 Tampered Packaging  If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer care or mail us at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

Non-availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
